Research Interests
I work on computer networks and systems. Currently, I focus on using mathematical modeling as well as building systems to explore and understand the design of large-scale computer systems. Welcome to visit us!
Current Projects
Future network protocol: congestion control (Reno, Vegas, Cubic, BBR), multipath TCP, WebRTC, QUIC and HTTP2
Network infrastructure/paradigm: CDN and anycast, SDN and programmable data plane (P4), SmartNIC, FPGA-based NIC
Distributed deep learning system: Gradient compression and in-network parameter aggregation
Learning and online optimization: Large-scale robust optimiaztion, online bipartite matching for ride hailing system
